2. Registration & payment

Registration is confirmed once payment is received. Joining details are sent via email and WhatsApp. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

3. Refunds

Due to the live, time-sensitive nature of the workshop, all payments are final and non-refundable once registration is confirmed. If a session is rescheduled or cancelled by us, you may transfer your seat to the next session or request a full refund.

4. Intellectual property

All materials, frameworks (including the Body Signal Transformation System™), recordings, slides, and content are owned by Thrive Beyond Diabetes. You may not record, copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the program without written permission.

5. User conduct

You agree not to disrupt sessions, harass other participants, or use the program for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these terms without refund.

6. Results disclaimer

Outcomes depend on individual adherence, baseline health, and medical supervision. Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrive Beyond Diabetes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or programs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program in question.
